• Instructor Assignment: Teachers for classes are assigned by the PhonicVani admin based on availability and expertise. While all teachers are highly trained in PhonicVani's proprietary methods, learners cannot request specific instructors.

• Content Ownership:All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and logos, is the intellectual property of PhonicVani or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the website without our prior written consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Class Recordings and Teacher Assignment

All live classes conducted by PhonicVani may be recorded for educational, training, and quality assurance purposes. By joining any course, you acknowledge and consent to these recordings. Recordings are securely stored and made available only to authorized users via the PhonicVani platform for up to 6 months after course completion.

All teachers at PhonicVani are specially trained in our unique, proven phonics teaching methodology. Teachers are allocated by the PhonicVani administrative team, and learners are not permitted to request specific instructors. This ensures consistency and high-quality delivery across all programs.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Phonics Courses:

  We offer a 50% refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the batch start date. No refund will be processed once the batch has started, as we provide a mandatory free demo session to help learners make informed decisions before enrolling.

  Our courses are designed with personalized attention and small batch sizes, and your seat is reserved exclusively for you. This makes it challenging for us to accommodate last-minute cancellations or seat reallocation.

• Phonics Resources / Worksheets:

  All phonics resources and study materials available for purchase on PhonicVani.com are downloadable and non-refundable. Users are advised to carefully review the product details and demos provided before making a purchase. Once purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
